COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Columbus man with four federal child exploitation convictions has been sentenced to 378 months — more than 31 years — in federal prison after attempting to arrange sexual contact with children he believed to be the minor daughters of a woman he met online.
William Kisor, 57, was sentenced in federal court on Tuesday after pleading guilty in October 2025 to attempted coercion and enticement.
According to court documents, after serving more than 11 years in federal prison for a prior child pornography offense, Kisor contacted the same undercover law enforcement agent he had communicated with before his 2012 conviction — never realizing the person was an officer. The agent was using the persona of an adult woman with minor daughters.
While on supervised release for two prior offenses, Kisor communicated with the agent over several months via email, text message, and phone, describing in explicit detail the sexual acts he intended to commit on children he was told were 8 and 14 years old.
In November 2024, Kisor drove to a hotel in Canal Winchester, believing he would meet the woman and her children. Federal agents arrested him upon arrival.
This marks Kisor’s fourth federal conviction for child exploitation or pornography offenses.
