CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — National Bike Month kicks off Wednesday, with Ross County Health District encouraging residents to get on two wheels for exercise, transportation, and community building throughout May.
Bike Month is an annual observance organized by the League of American Bicyclists, promoting safe cycling and active transportation. This year’s events and resources are available at bikeleague.org.
In Ross County, biking and active transportation initiatives are coordinated through the health district’s Creating Healthy Communities program.
