ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital Wednesday night after a crash along a highway in Ross County.
It happened at around 9:15 p.m. on route 23 at route 327, just south of Scioto Trails State Park.
Troopers said the bike crashed with a sedan, causing the biker to drop the motorcycle and slide several feet. The driver of the bike was taken to Adena Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. The driver and a passenger in the sedan were not injured.
The names of those involved and the events leading up to the crash were not immediately released.
Route 23 was partially restricted as crews cleaned up the scene.
