ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Ross County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the Lobby of the Law Complex on Wednesday, in reference to found property.
Deputies spoke with an individual who advised that while traveling on State Route 41 near Falls Road, he located seven plastic sleeves containing various US currency bills and currency from other countries.
The individual said he did not know where the money came from, and he turned it over to the deputies. The money was placed in an evidence locker, and no further details were provided.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who may have lost money along State Route 41 near Falls Road to contact them.
