HILLSBORO, Ohio — A man from Bainbridge recently received a four-year prison term following his admission of involvement in illegal drug activities in Highland County.

The 22-year-old, named Samuel Bumgarner faced allegations from a Highland County grand jury. He faced several charges related to selling and possessing methamphetamine, some of which were in proximity to a school.
