MANCHESTER, Ohio — Two people have been killed, while a third is fighting for their life after being shot in Adams County; the killer, law enforcement says, is on the run.
The shooting happened on Cemetery Street at around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Deputies and BCI are at the scene at Cemetery and Fifth Street.
The shooter is on the run, law enforcement said.
All school events have been cancelled and students who were on busses going home from the day have returned to school for parental pickup.
No other information has been released.
