- 00:12 AM – Western Ave.: Domestic Violence. Officers were dispatched to a report of domestic violence at 448 Western Avenue. An investigation is ongoing.
- 05:46 AM – N Paint St.: Warrant Arrest. A warrant arrest was made at the police station. Details of the warrant are not included in this report.

- 07:50 AM – E Main St.: Disorderly Conduct. Officers responded to a report of trespassing at a location on East Main Street. An investigation is ongoing.
- 09:08 AM – Consumer Center Dr.: Theft. A theft was reported at the LEC on Consumer Center Drive. An investigation is ongoing.
- 10:58 AM – E Main St.: Criminal Trespass. Officers were dispatched to 164 E Main Street on a trespassing complaint.
- 12:06 PM – Mill St.: Warrant Service. A warrant was served on Mill Street. An investigation is ongoing.
- 12:15 PM – Madison Ave.: Disorderly Conduct. Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at 836 Madison Ave. An investigation is ongoing.
- 1:00 PM – Industrial Dr.: Criminal Trespass & Disorderly Conduct. Officers responded to a report of an assault on Industrial Drive. An investigation is ongoing.
- 2:16 PM – Yoctangee Pkwy.: Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia. An investigation was opened, a report taken, and a citation issued at 435 Yoctangee Parkway.
- 2:57 PM – E Water St.: Theft. A possible theft was reported at the Chillicothe Police Department lobby on East Water Street. An investigation is ongoing.
- 6:21 PM – River Trace Ln.: Criminal Mischief & Theft. Officers were dispatched to Walmart on River Trace Lane on a theft complaint. An investigation is ongoing.
- 6:28 PM – S Douglas Ave.: Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia & Possess Drugs. An arrest was made during a citizen contact on South Douglas Avenue.
- 8:23 PM – River Trace Ln.: Assault. Officers responded to a report of a disorderly conduct at Walmart on River Trace Lane. An investigation is ongoing.
- 10:45 PM – N Paint St.: Unruly Juvenile & Missing Person. Officers were dispatched to 59 W 7th St for a juvenile investigation, which also involved a missing person report. An investigation is ongoing.
