PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — A crash involving two vehicles injured multiple people Friday night.
It happened in pike county on Mount Tabor Road at Clines Chapel Road at around 8:30 p.m.
The vehicles hit head on at the intersection, which caused heavy damage to both. A medical helicopter was called to the local hospital to fly one person to a trauma center in Columbus.
The intersection was shutdown for more than an hour while troopers investigated the cause. The names of those involved were not released, and the events immediately leading up to the crash were not released.
