CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Drama unfolded at the BP gas station High Street as an employee, found himself in the midst of a shocking confrontation with a furious customer. The chaos began when an unidentified black male demanded tobacco without an ID, leading to a heated exchange.
The employee hit the panic alarm after being physically assaulted by the enraged customer, who not only verbally abused him but also tore off his face mask. Desperate to fend off the attacker, the employee deployed pepper spray, but the assailant, identified as Myles Allen, showed no signs of backing down.
The scene escalated further when Allen fled the store in a black GMC Terrain. Despite a swift response from law enforcement, Allen managed to evade capture.
The plot thickened as BP CCTV footage unveiled the suspect’s identity, later confirmed by Officer Adam Steele.
The plot took a mysterious twist with the involvement of Lovetta Vanvoorhis, the registered owner of the getaway vehicle. Vanvoorhis vehemently denied any connection to the incident, yet her presence at the scene raised eyebrows when police saw her inside buying the items that Allen left behind. Refusing to cooperate, she barred access to her apartment and remained tight-lipped about the car’s borrower.
Law enforcement are now on the hunt for Myles Allen, seeking an arrest warrant through Chillicothe Municipal Court.
