CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — One person was arrested after police in Chillicothe responded to a call regarding two people passed out at an ATM.
It happened Thursday in the 13000 block of N. Bridge Street.
One officer said in their report that two males, one identified as Chris Mead, were passed out at a bank ATM.
When officers approached Mead, he allegedly refused a field sobriety test, putting his hands in his pockets and resisting commands. The officer said after informing Mead of his detention, a struggle ensued.
With the assistance of another officer, reports say, they managed to handcuff Mead and place him under arrest.
Mead was transported to the Ross County Jail and booked on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
