ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — On February 29, deputies responded to a call regarding a burnt vehicle on Alexander Hollow Rd.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the caller who reported discovering the vehicle while picking up trash on his property.
The man stated that the vehicle, a truck, had been completely burnt, making it difficult to locate any identifying information.
Despite efforts, the report said, deputies were unable to find a VIN due to the extent of the damage.
The burned vehicle was towed until further investigation could be conducted.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
