7:50 AM – Criminal Mischief: Responding to a call on Woodland Ave. in Kingston for someone throwing a rock through a residence window sometime overnight.
10:20 AM – Non-Criminal: Dispatched to Little Creek Rd. in Frankfort to investigate a report of illegal burning.
10:43 AM – Breaking and Entering: Responded to a burglary complaint on US-50 in Bainbridge. The caller reported their tiny house, cabin, and trailer shed were broken into and items were stolen.
11:02 AM – Domestic Dispute: Caller on Blain Hwy. in Chillicothe reported concerns about their ex-wife potentially interfering with court-ordered visitation rights for their child.
11:50 AM – Theft: Sergeant Champion responded to a theft complaint on Lunbeck Rd. in Ross County regarding a stolen generator. Security camera footage was reviewed and an investigation began.
11:53 AM – Sexual Imposition: Chillicothe PD report regarding sexual imposition was forwarded to the Ross County Sheriff’s Office for investigation.
12:07 PM – Motor Vehicle Theft: Responded to a theft complaint on Massieville Rd. where the caller reported their four-wheeler was stolen.
12:37 PM – Theft: While investigating the theft on Lunbeck Rd., Sergeant Champion received another theft report from a nearby resident who claimed a neighbor transferred money from their bank account without permission.
1:30 PM – Receiving Stolen Property, Pursuit: Ohio State Highway Patrol reported a pursuit of a stolen vehicle on US-35 westbound. The suspect vehicle was located near US-35 and US-50. After stop sticks failed to stop the vehicle, deputies used their own vehicle to bring it to a halt. A female suspect was taken into custody.
2:15 PM – Traffic Stop: Deputy JoHansen conducted a traffic stop on S. Bridge St. in Chillicothe, resulting in a citation.
3:25 PM – Non-Criminal: Responded to a call on Tong Hollow Rd. in Bainbridge regarding a child custody dispute.
4:26 PM – Traffic Stop: Deputy JoHansen conducted a traffic stop near the New Life Church in Richmond Dale, resulting in citations for multiple violations.
4:53 PM – Non-Criminal: Dispatched to Market St. on a civil matter regarding a child custody dispute.
5:04 PM – Burglary, Theft: Deputy Stanley responded to a burglary complaint on Black Run Rd. in Ross County. Upon arrival, the front door of the residence was found open.
5:58 PM – Theft, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief: Responded to a theft complaint on Upper Twin Rd. in South Salem. The caller reported ongoing issues with neighbors who stole gasoline, damaged property, and injured their dog.
7:36 PM – Drug Possession, Warrant: Deputy JoHansen arrested a male subject with a warrant and recovered narcotics during a stop on Massieville Rd. in Chillicothe. A female subject with a warrant was also arrested nearby.
9:19 PM – Drug Possession, Disorderly Conduct: Deputy JoHansen responded to a disorderly conduct call on Trego Creek Rd. in Chillicothe, resulting in an arrest with narcotics recovered.
