COLUMBUS, Ohio — A significant breakthrough has been made in the fight against human trafficking and narcotics in Ohio. The Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, under the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission led by the Columbus Division of Police, has indicted six members of a Linden-area trafficking and narcotics ring.
The task force identified the organization following tips received earlier this spring. The investigation revealed that the enterprise, led by Timotheus Graham, known as “Blue,” was operating in the Linden area, using violence to coerce victims. The findings were presented to a Franklin County grand jury, which returned the indictments on April 24.
During a search warrant execution, the task force seized suspected narcotics and five firearms. Graham, 38, faces 26 felony charges, including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in persons, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, money laundering, and having weapons under disability.
Jessica Lyles, known as “Jay,” 33, Denna Mundy, known as “Phatty,” 30, Sandra Carroll, 59, Roxy Porter, 35, and Mynika Winters, 30, were also indicted on multiple felony counts ranging from engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity to permitting drug use.
Graham, Carroll, Lyles, and Winters are currently in custody. Porter and Mundy remain at large. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) encourages anyone with information about the alleged criminal activity or knowledge of the whereabouts of Porter and Mundy to contact them at 855-BCI-OHIO (855-224-6336).
