Upon making contact with the vehicle, an investigation was started resulting in charges for drug paraphernalia possession, possession of drugs, and having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

Sexual Assault Complaint Referred to Mansfield Police

At approximately 10:54 p.m., Sergeant Riege was dispatched to Market Street in Richmond Dale in reference to a sex offense complaint. The caller reported that a female friend had been sexually assaulted. Investigation determined the incident occurred at a residence in Mansfield, Ohio, and the case was referred to the Mansfield Police Department for further investigation.
