The FBI has released a picture of a man they say is a person of interest in the disappearance of Madison Bell. The photo was from a stop-and-go carry out near the area where Bell, 18, was last seen. Anyone with information is asked to call the hotline, 844-727-9111.

The Mount Logan Learning Center is on fire in Chillicothe at this hour. The building on Main Street was seen with black smoke billowing out of its roof just after noon on Wednesday. The cause of the fire has not been immediately released. The police department has roads around the area closed.
