Three vehicles that have crashed have Bridge Street restricted in front of Petland and Kroger.
The call came in at 6:53 p.m. on Friday.
One person was hurt and taken to the hospital.
The southbound lanes are restricted, according to Chillicothe Police.
A second crash has the opposite lanes restricted near Little Caesars.
