CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — SWAT and officers seized two guns and money on Friday in Chillicothe.
The search warrant happened at around 2 p.m. at 553 East Water Street.
Inside the home detectives found two guns, including a stolen handgun and an AR style rifle. Also seized was money and three ounces of drugs.
Arrested was Stefhon Greathouse, 19, Columbus, who was charged with having weapons illegally and receiving stolen property. Additional charges are expected. Greathouse has been the subject of multiple recent police investigations. In November, he was arrested for weapons under disability following a raid at a residence on Vincent Street. Then in April of 2022, police in Chillicothe responded to a South Walnut Street for a reported hostage situation. Stefhon Greathouse was also the named suspect in that incident.
The search comes on the heals of a string of shootings across the city. Last week, another teenager was arrested for a drive by after a 14 year old was shot on High Street. The injured teen was expected to be okay, while the other remains locked up.
